Where you can use it: Redeemable only at Bocci Salon & Spa for services and retail products.

Gratuity: Not valid for gratuity or tips.

Fees and expiry: No expiration date. No fees.

Cash/Refunds: Not redeemable for cash. No refunds.

Care: Treat like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards can be replaced only with valid proof of purchase and only for the remaining balance.

Card type: Not a credit or debit card. Not reloadable. Cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

Purchase limits: eGifts and Cards cannot be purchased with an international credit card.

Delivery details:

eGifts: Delivery is by email. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient email. If sent to the wrong email, we can reissue only with valid proof of purchase and only for any unused balance.

Physical cards (pickup): Available for pickup at the salon during business hours to the buyer or named recipient with order info.

Physical cards (mail): We can mail cards for a postage fee. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Once received, treat the card like cash. Replacement requires valid proof of purchase and an unused or partially used remaining balance.

Fraud/Errors: We may cancel and refund orders we suspect are fraudulent, abusive, or placed in error.

Taxes: Applicable taxes may apply at redemption on products and services.
