FAQ

Your visit to Bocci says that you are committed to your overall sense of well-being. Your visit offers you, as well as other visiting clients, the chance to relax and escape from day to day responsibilities. With this in mind…

 

  • Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests’ peace and quiet by leaving your children at home, not to mention, it allows you time for yourself to enjoy your service.

  • Please silence your cell phone for the entirety of your visit.

RESERVATIONS

We request that you make a reservation in advance. Call the number above to make your reservation. For spa appointments, please arrive 10- 15 minutes early to change and relax before your treatment.

 

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING 

After you reserve your appointment, should a cancellation or reschedule be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment time.

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. Cancellations and "no shows" leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Due to scheduling commitment to other clients' schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. 

We hope you understand the need for these policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

 

GRATUITIES

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift Cards do not include gratuities.

We are unable to add gratuity to any credit card transaction. 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Salon Hair products may be returned within 30 days for a store credit or exchange only.

Salon Tools (Blow dryers, Irons, Brushes), Cosmetics and Skin Care are final sale. (No returns or exchanges)

Wigs and Hairpieces are final sale.

HELPFUL HINTS

If you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies. physical ailments, disabilities or if you are pregnant, please inform us when booking your reservation. All massage guests will receive a medical questionnaire to fill out on their first visit. We reserve the right to postpone any salon or spa service when a client is experiencing any contagious ailments. (i.e. warts, ringworm, cold sores, lice, nail fungus's, etc.) Your comfort is our number one goal. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with the room temperature and/or massage pressure.

 

GIFT CARDS

Bocci Gift Cards are great for any occasion and are available for any dollar value you choose. You may purchase Gift Cards in person or on our website. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards do not include gratuities. Bocci is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
